2. Customer data in seller stores

Sellers control the customer and order data collected through their storefronts. UpForStore processes that data to provide the platform. Each seller is responsible for giving customers appropriate notices, collecting any required consent and using customer data lawfully.

3. How we use data

We use data to create and secure accounts, provide storefront and admin features, process requests, support users, prevent fraud, analyse and improve performance, communicate service updates and meet legal obligations.

4. How we share data

We may share data with service providers that support hosting, analytics, communications, payments, shipping and security; with integrations you choose; during a business reorganisation; or where disclosure is required by law. We do not sell personal data.
