Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of UpForStore’s website-builder and seller-management platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Using UpForStore

You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate account and business information. You are responsible for your account, passwords, team access and all activity under your workspace.

2. Your store and content

You retain ownership of your brand, product information, images and other content. You give us permission to host, process, display and distribute that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You must have the rights to anything you upload.

3. Commerce responsibilities

You are the seller of record for transactions through your storefront. You are responsible for product accuracy, pricing, taxes, invoices, fulfilment, returns, refunds, customer support and compliance with consumer and ecommerce laws.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use UpForStore for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful activity; prohibited products; infringement; malware; unauthorised access; or interference with the platform. We may restrict content or access where reasonably necessary to protect users or comply with law.

5. Plans, billing and third parties

Paid features depend on your selected plan. Prices, taxes, renewal terms and limits are shown before purchase. Payment, shipping, messaging and other integrations are provided by third parties under their own terms, and their availability is not guaranteed by UpForStore.

6. Platform changes

We may update features, limits and these terms as the platform evolves. If a material change affects you, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or your registered contact details.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, non-payment or unlawful use. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

8. Service and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, UpForStore is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Contact
